Elderly: No dose adjustment is required for the elderly.
Patients with renal and liver failure: No data are available in these groups. For best results, use the medicine regularly.

Treatment time should correspond to the duration of exposure to the allergen.
Usage:
For nasal spray use only
Gently shake the vial for about 5 seconds before use. If using the vial for the first time, press the spray nozzle 6 times to spray evenly. If the vial has been opened and has not been used for more than 7 days, you need to press the spray nozzle each time you use it so that the medicine sprays out evenly. Spray 1 spray into each nostril.
Wipe the spray head clean and close the protective cap after use
