CONTRAINDICATIONS:
People sensitive to Celecoxib, sulfonamides
Severe heart failure
Congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction
Severe renal failure (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min)
Severe liver failure
Inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis)
Peripheral artery disease, cerebrovascular disease.
Women in pregnancy or lactation, women of childbearing potential unless effective contraception is used.
People with a history of asthma, urticaria, or various allergic-type reactions when taking aspirin or other nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.

Celecoxib can be taken with or without meal at a dose of 200mg, twice a day and must be taken with meals (with meal) at higher doses.
Treatment of osteoarthritis: Usual dose is 200mg/day (1 tablet/day)
Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis in adults: The usual dose is 400mg/day (1 tablet/time x2 times/day.
Treatment of ankylosing spondylitis: The usual dose is 200mg/day (1 tablet/day).
Treatment of colorectal polyps: Dosage: 400mg/time x 2 times/day.
General pain and dysmenorrhea: Usual dose: 400 mg/time, 200 mg on after if needed, on the first day.
In the following days, the recommended dose is 200mg/time x 2 times/day.
